I just tried it - my first time making a green smoothie and it was really great - even my 6 year old drank it and loved it :) Thanks for the inspiration!

Naturally, I had to make this juice asap, and I have to say that after a day in the fridge it tasted really great - very refreshing.

You know, I use to think, wow, all the money I paid for that great food, and all that fibre is going to waste, all that whole food I love to eat But, I'm slowly turning around, and understanding what's going on with juicing greens. If you are also in the same place as me, welcome to the club - what does it feel like for you.



I've been making green smoothies recently and hadn't dusted off my juicer for a few weeks, but I was inspired by this recipe and boy was it worth it! So light and refreshing, ( and no strings!)fantastic thanks Karen.

If you are juicing there shouldn't be any strings of anything in your juice...

Are you juicing or blending?


I have problem with pineapple as the fiber is not very nice in the end product. The fiber is tough to break and makes long strings.
May be you don't find this as a problem but I don't like that. Do you have a solution to break that fiber of the pineapple?
