This truly delicious dressing is courtesy of Raw Chef Russell James.
It tastes so good you could eat it straight off the spoon! While I don't personally recommend that (it tastes so much better on some juicy green salad leaves), what I will say is that it would be a great dressing for impressing friends and family, as well as adding to your own every day dressing repertoire.
Blender or Food Processor
1/4 cup fresh mint
1 cup cashews
1 Tablespoon light miso
1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan Crystal Salt
1.5 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1. Simply blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well
2. Pour over a large fresh, juicy green salad and enjoy!
Raw Coach Top Tips:
- If you don't have light miso, don't worry, the recipe will still taste great!
- This recipe will keep about 24 hours in the fridge.
