Thanks so much for this! I have struggled with the "glass ceiling" my whole life in so many areas. After reading your article I experienced a light bulb moment! Now I understand these occurrences and what to do when creep up. There are no words to express how helpful this information is to me.

Hi Karen. Thanks for this post, I think a lot of us are struggling at the moment to overcome self-imposed limitations. And I really resonated with how difficult it can be when we feel fantastic, but different and separate from our peers. I find it easy to eat guk to go with the crowd. I'm hoping setting up my wild health business will encourage me to be a leader rather than a follower!
