This article is so true not just for going raw but any desire you have. Very true. Phyllis

Yes, so, so true. Once you start realizing that things will eventually work out, it takes away a lot of the stress worrying about it.

It is so easy to get caught up in food perfectionism but I always remind my clients to no be too hard on themselves if they don't eat perfectly one day or week. Half of it is just being in the right mind-frame and allowing "life" to happen organically.

And once we let this stress go, achieving that day raw doesn't nearly as hard, in fact, it's a luxury.

So right on Karen! Thanks for remInding me to shit or get off the Pot! :)

I totally love and resonate with this article. It comes to me just after making the decision to go for it at age 62 and take the Raw Teachers training coming up with Karen beginning in May. I've had to reflect a while on the impact this would have on my life, but I know I have a responsibility to teach raw food to others and I have said "YES" to the call. Excuses be gone.

Thank you so much Karen for your sage like wisdom.
