EQUIPMENT
Food Processor
INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
1 fresh tomato
5-6 pitted black olives
Garlic to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Simply process all ingredients together until a thick creamy consistency is achieved.
- Taste-test. Adapt as desired.
- Serve with crudités, as a dip or spread on sprouted bread or crackers. Sex-y!

Karen, I just LOVE simple recipes like this! I'm a person who really doesn't like eating 'sweet' things. Most raw food recipes that are very quick and filling are ‘sweet’. All raw food bars available in health food store…are ALL sweet. I wish someone would come up with a savory 'bar' that one can grab on the go! I lead a super busy life, often not even having time to prepare food or eat. So whenever I am hungry and I feel like I need food, NOW, (and I happen to be working from home) I look for easy, savory recipes that are filling at the same time. This recipe sounds GREAT! I’ll try it out for lunch
