Having a great juicing routine is wonderful – if you know what to juice! So for those of you who are new to juicing, here’s my tips for getting started.
In terms of what juices to make, in the early days I think it’s fun and almost necessary to experiment with fruit juices, fruit and vegetable juices (yes, in spite of what some people might tell you, often these juices are among the best and have no negative side effects), pure vegetable juices – alone or in combination and, of course green juices, which may or may not be sweetened with fruit or sweet vegetable juices. In time you will likely discover for yourself that the fruit juices are good for picking you up, the vegetable juices make you feel truly nourished and the green juices balance you, reduce food cravings and make you feel nourished AND high! Take your pick!
