Hi Karen, I always enjoy your newsletters and articles, but this one really is just what I needed to read! I can absolutely relate. I guess I need to ponder my why's as they have definitely changed since starting raw a few years ago. I have felt very challenged with this and wondering what has been wrong, why had I lost my raw passion, especially hard when i'm teaching raw to others. Thank you so much for your honesty in your articles and in all that you put out to the world! Wishing you much joy :-) Michelle

Thank you. This is good. I "fell off" for a while; now increasing raw and feeling its benefits again. I agree it's important to have a higher vision of your current self and know that this will keep evolving, like Mother Earth. Even exercise regimes need to be changed for the body to progress, so diet and mind set are the same and must change too, if u want to be aiming for that higher shift! Thank you for your guidance Karen

So how exactly do you make your low high then, and what exactly are these two vision things???

I remember reading this ages ago. I have been raw as long as you - also on and off and i can testify to this being ABSOLUTELY true, and the best way to deal with it. It's not always that easy for everyone to get inside their own heads, though...But then I guess that's what coaches are there for ; )
