
This meal-in-a-glass created by our raw food teacher, Nina Dench, provides the perfect solution when you want something that feels decadent, indulgent and autumnal.
With a subtle hint of apple and cinnamon this is one of those recipes that is loved by adults and children alike.
Serves 1-2.
Ingredients
* 2 frozen bananas
* 1 apple peeled
* 1 cup water
* 1 Tablespoon almond butter
* 1 Tablespoon agave syrup
* 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Directions
1) Blend all ingredients on high power until smooth.
2) Serve immediately.
