Raw Food Made Simple is just 6 weeks away from launching, and I’m so excited. It’s my first print book in ten years (ooh!); this is the book I wish had been around 18 years ago when I first got into raw and didn’t have a clue where to start or what to eat, or how to make it work in real life.
Smaller than a traditional paperback, this pocket book (it measures 170mm tall by 120mm wide) is the perfect size to carry in your handbag or to give away as a gift. It contains 184 pages of invaluable content geared towards the newest of newbies, yet is still valuable to those up to a year or more in, especially those who are still dazed and confused!
Raw Food Made Simple’s basic agenda is to quite literally make raw food simple, so that every man, woman and child can truly get what raw food is (and isn’t). By the end of the book they will know exactly how to integrate it into their life a little or a lot and have a super-easy 5 day plan to follow that's 75% raw (so anyone can do it) together with 15 quick, easy and delicious recipes to help them do exactly that.
While this book is not intended to be the definitive guide to going raw (it’s answering the first questions, not the ones a few months down the line), my hope is that it’s THE book that gets people to step onto the bridge and to TRY raw food. If you’re already into raw foods yourself, you’ll know that once you’ve tried it, rarely is there any turning back.
This book will be published and launched on Saturday 20th November 2010 at a special Launch Party in London. To find out more about how to attend, click here.
And if you’d like to get on the Early Bird list for pre-ordering and bagging additional FREE bonuses when you do, then click here to get yourself on the Priority List and in just a couple of weeks’ time you’ll receive an email which gives you the opportunity to pre-order and secure one of the first copies of the book PLUS some additional bonuses that no-one else will get.
I'll be posting more details soon about what's actually in the book, as well as a sample chapter... Whether you are brand new or more seasoned I feel this is a book you'll want to add to your super-health library either as the perfect intro to raw food for yourself, or as a gift ready to pass on to a dear friend, family member or colleague who is curious about raw or ready to give it a shot but doesn't know where to start. The answer is right here and it couldn't be simpler!
Talk to you soon : )
