Professionally Raw
Professionally Raw exists to support anyone who is:
1) A raw foodie with a raw food business
2) A raw foodie with a different (but just as planet-changing) business
3) Any of the above who have yet to start their business or are in the fledgling stages
Its purpose is simple: Professionally Raw exists to make it easier, more fulfilling and more rewarding for those who choose to put their life energy into making the world a better place fuelled by raw food and raw passion!
Why did I decide to do this?
When I first got started in business I knew next to nothing. I was 25, in at the deep end running The Fresh Network and it was very much a case of sink-or-swim. I managed to swim, eventually, but not without wondering if I would drown at times or wondering if I was even in the right ocean!
Fast forward over a decade now and the young woman that wondered “Who am I to think I can change the world?” has already made a good inroad! When I look back at my achievements professionally over the past decade or more I am actually dumbfounded...
How could someone who started on such a weak back foot and with such a low opinion of her abilities have made so much happen?
The truth is I have always been driven by service. When I didn’t have the answers I found them or created them. When I felt small and insignificant I stopped focussing on me and focussed on those I was helping or trying to help. All of this remains true to this day. This remains the recipe for my success.
Today I have accrued so much business acumen, internet marketing know-how, coaching and teaching skills PLUS a super-large dose of passion to help fellow entrepreneurs in this field that it’s time to share this and to teach it, just as I have (and will continue to do) with raw foods.
My main driving force now is to help raw foodies who want to live their passion and make a change in the world via their business. And now I see plenty of men and women, who, like me at aged 25, are full of passion but don’t have a clue where to start – and they need help!
My overriding vision has always been to bring raw food to the mainstream.
This is not a one-person job by any means! There literally needs to be a whole “army” of us out there continually raising awareness about how raw food is way more than carrot sticks and apples as the general public tend to believe, and I know that with everything I’ve learned, collected and continue to, I can help you (?) make as many waves in the world as I have done. (Trust me, I never thought the day would come when I’d be able to say that, but it just goes to show you!)
Before we get into how I can help you, I’d first like to share what the “who am I to be anything special?” girl went on to make happen:

- Co-author “Feel-Good Food: A Guide to Intuitive Eating” - the popular raw food book that has helped thousands get started with raw food, co-written with The Fresh Network’s founder, Susie Miller (2000)
- Appear on numerous TV and radio shows, including live on the GMTV sofa with Loraine Kelly in 2002
- Appear in almost every British newspaper and women’s magazine as a raw food expert

- Become known as one of the leading authorities on raw food worldwide
- Create, edit and publish “Get Fresh!” magazine until 2007
- Organise and run the first ever UK raw food festival (“The Fresh Festival”)
- Create and lead the first ever (and only) Raw Coach Trainings, drawing students from all over the world (2007 - current)
- Create and lead the first ever Raw Food Classes Training (December 2008)Appear on “Rawkathon” (late 2008) and receiving rave reviews
- Create and serve through TheRawFoodCoach.com, publishing a weekly eZine “Successfully Raw” that currently reaches over 10,000 people per week

Truly, I remain humbled and amazed.

Raw Coach Training & Business Building Program
For the last two years I’ve been running live Raw Coach Training retreats from Cambridgeshire, England, and they’ve been truly life changing events.
These trainings have brought to the forefront new and wonderful international talents such as Janet Butler (Fresh in the City), Jo Thomas (Discover Raw), Claire Maguire (The Raw Bombshell), Susanna Balston (Raw by Design), Alina Vladimirova (Radiant on Raw), Amy Webster (Simply Raw), Julie-Ann Booth (The Wholesome Food Coach) and many more besides. There’s been five trainings so far and no less than 58 raw coaches trained!
The kinds of information I share on these trainings is the best of my best, both in raw food terms and business building terms. I truly am committed to creating the perfect environment for each person to find their own unique niche within raw food and then to create a wonderful, compelling brand that speaks to their particular audience. From this exciting, infinitely abundant place we move to business building so that each person can create an online presence that fully reflects who they are and what they stand for including a range of products and services that excite and delight and provide the perfect solutions to each niche’s problems and desires. This year things are changing.
As mentioned, the last two years have been stand alone trainings with optional follow on coaching support from me.
