Hi Karen,

I read your blog on mango belly! My thoughts are that if a person is consuming fruits and veggies with a few seeds and nuts, that he/she will not grow a belly. The reverse will happen. Since I've been a raw-fooder, I've slimmed down to a healthy size and there is definitely no extra pouches anywhere. I think that is the idea of a strong body.
