Fantastic Karen, you put it so beautifully and clear "Be True to Yourself". Also just listened to your interview with Russell James, amazing, I got so much from it. Thankyou Joy

Could it be useful to 'make up' a reason why you should be raw to help you get over, say, a bump in the road. For example, if I don't eat raw, I will be ill with ... Or do you need a true reason and if there isn't one, then you have to put up with dabbling with raw one day and eating (yuk but say) a Big Mac the next?

This is fantastic! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and knowledge with so much compassion.

beaaaautiful... thank You, Karen!!!!!!! <3

What a beautiful sharing here, Karen. So grounded and full of truth. I appreciate you. This is the first time I've heard you share your experience and expertise. Really grateful you're doing what you do. I hear what you're saying and I'm taking it in with love.

Thank you!
What you said is so true to me.
I know I can't go back, but it has felt like my situation is trying to push me in that direction! I spend half of my time in a place where eating fresh foods can be risky, even the cooked food isn't all that safe. Fresh, healthy and safe stuff isn't very available here! I still feel like following my heart and not other people's advice about what to eat. It's tricky with all the parasites and bacterias and people, doctors, everyone seem to want to tell me how crazy I am for eating anything raw! I've been thinking "am I crazy?", "am I in the wrong place?" It seems so limiting to have to leave a place you love because the food isn't right! I was starting to worry that there was no other solution for me... I feel that it will help me to eat raw again, after all, doing what others say didn't do it for me, anyway! Your podcast made me feel - again - that there can be ways. And when I follow my heart I always feel good... Thanks for inspiring me again! Love Anne

Dear Karen,

Thanks for this lovely piece of encouragement and inspiration.

Hi Karen,
Thank you so much for your encourageing podcast. You are definately not speaking out to a void. One of my first why's was my weight but now it feels like that is shifting to something else rather quickly. So I really resonated with what you are saying. Which is very exciting for me because I never thought I'd ever heal my weight issues. I'm looking forward to new friends I hope to meet that have the same goals of health that I do. Thanks so much for your mission. I am the only one I know that does all raw so at times its very challenging. Your emails help alot, especially when my cravings hit. Its a nice reminder that I'm not alone. There are others who go raw and are succeeding.
Sincerely, Karen

Hi Michael

Thank you for your comments.

Is your travelling through personal choice or a work-related "necessity"?

You know you have just thrown down the coaching gauntlet to me by saying this, don't you?!

Best wishes

Michael Hontele

Dear Karen,

I really liked your pod cast on the BIG WHY and it helped me to better understand my own struggle sometimes of being Raw.

I travel a lot and I sometimes just CAN'T find raw or even fresh food. Many times after being raw for a while I fall back to cooked food and my body just starts to feel worse and worse. I am so looking forward to being able to eat 100% raw again.

Great Steve.

Would love to hear what comes up if you are happy to divulge!

Many thanks for this excellent insight. I listened and had one of those 'ah ah' moments. I'm off to do some thinking about the next steps.
