I tried the kale and avocado salad for the first time last night and it was the best! Who knew kale could be so yummy, it will be a new staple at our table. Thanks!

Very inspiring stuff here, Karen. I've certainly changed my Tesco order a little since reading some of your site! I'm not sure about going raw (maybe it's something I could do for just some of the week?!) but I'll certainly be adding plenty more fresh foods to my list. I do try and eat something green & leafy every day - but I also think I could make a little more effort getting in my fresh fruit & veg quota!

Wow! Just today, while working on a new schedule and menu, I jotted down a note to find out about warming spices and things to eat for the cold weather. Then I return home to your FeedBlitz and here's the answer already!

Thanks, Karen!!
