It's not about whether it's raw or cooked, but about what you eat and how you eat it. In this call I'll coach you through any weight-related issues you may have and share my own weight loss and weight gain stories with you.
Friday 16 June: Craving or Deficiency? - How to Tell the Difference - When you start to get messages from your body about what to eat, it can be both enlightening and confusing. Friday 23 June: How to Create Your Raw Food Cocoon! - When you're transitioning from one way of living and being to another, if you're a sensitive creature you'll need to find ways to protect yourself while you're going through the turbulence within. Creating a 'cocoon' is a great way to feel safe during this time and will give you the space and peace you need to deal with the newly emerging thoughts and feelings. In this call I'll explain what the cocoon translates to in everyday life and how you can create your own, wherever you are.
Friday 30 June: How to Deal With Criticism and Concern - No-one seems to escape the finger-pointing when they go raw, so it makes sense to be prepared for it and learn how to take what is a potentially negative situation and turn it into a positive. In this call I'll share some of my favourite techniques for dealing with people who are not backwards at coming forwards with their personal thoughts about your "crazy" diet!
