As mentioned in my last entry, on Monday I went into London for a few reasons, but one of the most important was to film a short clip for businesswomenuncovered.com. The idea of Business Women Uncovered is to bring the real woman behind the business out into the public eye, so that we can see who she is and why she does what she does. Personally, I think that's a very neat idea!
Even though the BWU web site has only been launched for 2 weeks or so, I've been really enjoying watching all of the other ladies on there, and thought it was high time I became more than just a photo and/or a voice, so off I went to Kensington and sat in a cosmetic surgeon's house (!) for the best part of an hour while being filmed by the very friendly 'JJ'.
The shoot itself was actually not so difficult, although it was harder than I thought! I had a script prepared in advance, which had been really difficult to write (I mean, where do you start?!) but remembering it word for word was completely impossible, so I let it flow and on take 4 we got something we felt was publishable!
