Great list- thanks!

Barbara Ann Shand

Hi all,
Anyone out there in the Central Scotland area? I'm a (wee bit) of a lonely RAW fooder with lots of vegan friends and lovely family but they just don't get it!!!
Help, I need to connect with like minded Raw eaters. Is there anyone out there?
love and hugs,

I am becoming raw and enjoying the foods and my blood sugar readings are great. I am hoping to shed 20 pounds along the way. Tell me some good recipe books on raw. Thanks

Joshua Sedam

Raw food is really terrific! I'm in the best health ever thanks to Raw nutrition. I look and feel fantastic! I am dancing with the universe!

I love it!! Any chance of it being produced as a wall chart - the perfect present!
